Our natural products

What's are our products?

  • We sell exclusively:
  • our essential oils
  • vegetable oils
  • and certain derived products (soap and massage oils, on request)

Is it possible to have a certificate of analysis?

A certificate of analysis is given on request. We work with IMRA and LCP laboratories to analyze our products

Is it possible to get a sample of our oils?

A sample of 3ml may be issued free of charge but the shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

A sample of 10 ml is also possible but it is at the expense of the customer (in addition to the shipping costs)

Do you sell in bulk?

  • For export we sell only in bulk to Kg
    Note: the half-kg is considered retail.


How to use essential oils?

  • In massage or friction Inhaled In circulation By oral route In bath On a daily basis, it is better to use essential oils by skin, olfactory or diffusion.

How to store your essential oils ?

  • It is strongly advised to keep them cool, away from light and moisture
  • It is necessary to check the expiry date or DLOU (Deadline of Optimal Use used) on the label.

Global precautions

  • Please consult a specialist before use
  • Not recommended for pregnant women, children under 3 years, the elderly, asthmatics and people with allergies.
  • In prolonged inhalation, concentrated vapours can cause nausea.
  • Never put essential oils in the eyes or mucous membranes. Mucous membranes of the digestive tract (from the mouth to the anus); of the urogenital apparatus (uterus, vagina, urethra, bladder, ureters).
  • Never associate HE with Cloves and Cinnamon.

What are the types of essential oils and their precautions?

  • Pure to phenol essential oils: cinnamon, cloves, oregano, thyme, mint
  • Caution: Be careful of diffusion as they are irritating to the respiratory mucous membranes and can trigger spasms or prick the eyes.
  • Dermocaustic essential oils: cinnamon, turmeric, cypress, dingadingana, Eucalyptus globulus, geranium, clove, helycrise, katrafay, lantana, mandravasarotra, niaouli, rosemary, ylang.
  • Caution: do not use pure. Dilute with vegetable oil.
  • Photo sensitizing essential oils: lemon, sweet orange, tagete, etc.
  • Caution: do not expose yourself to the sun during the first few hours after use.

Delivery of the products

What is the delivery time?

3 to 4 weeks by plane

3 months by sea (for orders over 1 tonne)

Packaging on consignment

  • We take special care in the preparation of your package and its protection! Each order is packaged in a specific and suitable packaging
  • Packaging in HDPE jerry can (UN standard)

Return of the products

  • No return of products possible

What if my package got lost?

Everything is at the freight forwarder’s expense

Payment of products

What is our payment method?

A deposit is requested when the order is placed. Upon receipt of the package the rest of the payment is requested

The export payment is done only by bank transfer with Transfer order (scan of the proof of transfer)
